Located just a mile east of downtown Avalon. The village is adjacent to an industrial area that is located near the ocean. There are 23 single homes that align Pebbly Beach Village Road. The one, two and three bedroom units have a small private yards, kitchen, living area with heaters and bathroom. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
